Privy Council Judgments
The Privy Council's website provides copies of judgments of the Judicial Committee in full text from 1999. Some earlier key judgments are also included on the site, and a more complete set of pre-1999 Privy Council judgments are available from the BAILII website.

Courts of New Zealand (Ministry of Justice)
This website provides information on the judiciary and the courts and tribunals of New Zealand. Work includes administration of courts and tribunals, enforcement of court orders relating to fines and debts, and administration of the Maori Land Court and the Waitangi Tribunal.
Waitangi Tribunal
The Waitangi Tribunal is a permanent commission of inquiry established to make recommendations on claims brought by Maori relating to the practical application of the Treaty of Waitangi, and to make determinations on whether matters brought before the Tribunal are consistent with the principles of the Treaty.

Department of Corrections
The Department of Corrections manage prison sentences, and other non custodial sentences such as periodic detention, community service and supervision. They also support the Parole Board and District Prisons Boards, and provide information to the courts.
Employment Relations Service
The Department of Labour's Employment Relations Service provides information on laws relating to the workplace and outlines the main rights of employers and employees.
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice provides strategic and policy advice across the government sector. This site includes an introduction to the Ministry and its work, publications, questions, and other justice related information.
New Zealand Law Commission
The Law Commission is an independent government organisation, which reviews areas of the law that need updating, reforming or developing.
Office of Treaty Settlements

The Legal Service Agency is a government funded organisation responsible for ensuring access to justice for all New Zealanders. The Agency ensures that legal aid is applied consistently and that rapid access to appropriate representation is there when people need it.

Public Access to Legislation Project
This interim website provides free public access to unofficial versions of New Zealand statutes (Public, Local, and Private Acts) and Statutory Regulations. The website is provided by the New Zealand Parliamentary Counsel Office in association with Brookers, and is updated monthly.
